  • Alumni Impact Fund Winner Announced

    RAND Alumni Impact Fund supporters selected “Reforming and Rebuilding Ukraine” as the project that will be funded with AIF donations raised in 2022. The project team will use the funding to help officials prepare and plan for long-term, consistent, and coordinated policy toward post-war Ukraine.

    May 14, 2023 is RAND's 75th anniversary. To kick off a yearlong series of celebrations and events, RAND hosted a presentation by archivist Cara McCormick, manager of the Hauser RAND Archives and RAND Classified Library.

  • In Memoriam: Ann Korologos, Former Board Chair

    Ann McLaughlin Korologos, a former U.S. Secretary of Labor and longtime member of the RAND family, died on January 30. Her distinguished career included service as the chair of the RAND Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2009.

    Ray Block is the inaugural Michael D. Rich Chair for Countering Truth Decay. He's an associate professor of political science and African American studies and the Laurence and Lynn Brown-McCourtney Endowed Career Professor in Penn State's McCourtney Institute for Democracy.
