Alumni Giving

Your contributions help to support RAND Ventures, our vehicle for investing in policy solutions. Philanthropic contributions support our ability to take the long view, tackle tough and often-controversial topics, and share our findings in innovative and compelling ways. By combining philanthropic contributions with earnings from RAND's endowment and operations, RAND supports research on issues that reach beyond the scope of traditional client sponsorship. In the past, donor support has funded groundbreaking work from recognized experts like Christine Eibner, who has led a number of projects on the Affordable Care Act using COMPARE, and Brian Michael Jenkins, the nation's foremost expert on terrorism.

All donations from members of the RAND Alumni Association, unless otherwise noted, are directed to support the Alumni Impact Fund (AIF). AIF funds are pooled and collectively support efforts to extend the impact of completed RAND research. Alumni who contribute to the AIF have the opportunity to vote on the project(s) they’d like to receive funding. You can read more about previous winning projects.
